Responsible for improving efficiency and increase profits while managing the overall operations of a company or division. Duties also include managing staff, overseeing the budget, employing marketing strategies, and many other facets of the business.
Mr. Henry Nawa
In charge of developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets.
Responsible for planning, organising, directing, control and coordinating the acquisition, development, maintenance and use of computer and telecommunication systems within organisations.
Responsible for mmanaging the hiring and onboarding procedures for other company employees and coordinating with members of their department to provide support to company employees regarding personal and professional incidents.
