Walex Oil & Gas and Walex Biz Constructions Commence Operations

ABUJA, Nigeria — October 1, 2026 — Walex Biz Group today announced that Walex Oil & Gas and Walex Biz Constructions have formally commenced operations.

Walex Oil & Gas operates in the downstream petroleum sector — the distribution, storage, trading, and retail of refined products — and will partner with operators, marketers, and government agencies on infrastructure that strengthens national energy security. The company operates its own fleet through Walex Biz Logistics and runs every depot, vehicle, and station under a documented safety management system aligned with international practice.

Walex Biz Constructions delivers civil engineering and building projects for private, corporate, and public-sector clients, as well as site infrastructure for the Group's own operations — fuel depots, farm facilities, processing plants, and mine sites. The company manages projects end to end with accountability for schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
